Helping you achieve your version of success with stories from inspiring Humans.
We're so used to seeing shiny resumes and career highlights on social, but rarely do we see the sometimes harrowing and oftentimes wondering story behind it. When we do, it's usually from a memoir at the end.
With the No Straight Path Podcast, we set out to humanize success with a real-time approach. Guests are mid-journey, reflecting on what they've done so far while discussing their hopes and dreams for the future. Here, listeners leave the conversation inspired with a more realistic perspective of success.

Overcoming Setbacks
host & resident Storyteller
Ashley Menzies Babatunde is an attorney and storyteller passionate about the intersection of humanity and career. She is a Millennial figuring out how to create structural changes that make companies and the world at large more human-centered.
Ashley grew up in Los Angeles with Black American and Guyanese roots, and she credits much of her success to her supportive parents. After attending Stanford and Harvard Law School, Ashley had to combat her struggle with perfectionism while navigating her first career setback. She quickly realized that the world often sees the highlights and not the story behind it. Ashley is shining a light on these stories. She believes in the power of storytelling because it allows people to connect with one another, inspire each other, and build empathy.
